Yes, Victorian Country Christmas is a separate event from Holiday Magic. You'll need a separate ticket to enjoy all the festive charm of VCC. You can purchase your tickets below. 

If you’re enjoying Holiday Magic or A Victorian Country Christmas and decide to explore the other event, simply head to the Blue Gate. You can purchase tickets there, making it easy to experience the magic of both in one visit!

It is highly recommended, if you really want to skate, since availability is limited. You will select a specific day you want to skate and reserve that. It saves you money too!

On-site sales will be offered based on availability. Pre-sold online sales will have priority.

You may bring your own skates. We recommend the blades are extra sharp for the best experience on the Glice. There’s not a discount, as it’s a set fee that includes skating and rental.

Pre-ordered 3D glasses will be available for pick up at the Guest Services Booths, located just inside each gate entrance.

No, Holiday Magic takes place in the south end of the fairgrounds, creating an intimate and festive space filled with holiday wonder. While it doesn't span the entire grounds, every corner is packed with enchanting experiences!

We recommend bundling up for the festive fun at Holiday Magic! Since the event takes place both indoors and outdoors in December, dressing in warm layers will help keep you cozy as you explore all the holiday wonders, no matter where the magic takes you.

Holiday Magic and the Puyallup Santa Parade are two separate events, but we're excited to share that Holiday Magic will be part of the parade. Join us for both to experience the full holiday spirit!

Only service animals and service animals in training are allowed at Holiday Magic to assist guests with disabilities. Washington State defines a "service animal" as a dog or a miniature horse specifically trained to support their owner with their disability. Initial screening will take place at all entrance gates. Please note, all other animals, including emotional support animals and family pets, are not permitted on the event grounds. Service animal trainers may be asked to remove a service animal in training if it is not house-trained or not under control. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain a safe and magical environment for all our guests.

No, the Yeti Bar is reserved for guests 21 and older. However, it’s conveniently located between the all-ages Winter Fun area and the ice skating rink, so there’s plenty for the little ones to enjoy nearby. Plus, you’re welcome to stroll through the AgriPlex with your beer or wine in hand as you soak up the holiday cheer. 

The market will feature vendors selling products that will make for great holiday gifts or to enjoy yourself! It is located in the AgriPlex.

Yes! Santa and his festive friends will be waiting to greet you inside Santa’s Clubhouse. Stop by for a magical meet-and-greet with the jolly crew and create unforgettable holiday memories!

Yes, the tree lighting ceremony will take place inside Holiday Magic opening night only, adding an extra sparkle to kick off the festivities!

Make sure your event planner has given you the location of your party, then stop by a guest services booth inside the gates upon arrival, and a staff member will give you directions to your building.
