Seating capacity will vary according to the type of set-up desired. All meeting rooms are fully lighted and are temperature controlled. They also have electrical and telephone capabilities which may be arranged through the facility rental office. Audio visual, PA equipment and catering services may be provided by outside contractors at an additional charge. An elevator is available for easy access to the second level. Handicap accessible restrooms available.

Attached to The Arena are four meeting rooms which are situated to serve events scheduled in The Arena. These meeting rooms can also be used independently.
